General Fees and Policies
- Complimentary Microdermabrasion Treatment upon enrollment
- Monthly fee of $100 per month plus one time $50 enrollment fee
- Six month minimum introductory period
- After introductory period, membership may be canceled with 30 days written notice
- Member responsible for booking and keeping monthly appointments
