G Spa Policy
APPOINTMENTS
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Be prepared to answer some general questions regarding health if you are here for medical care, or about your personal skin care concerns if you are here for a medical spa treatment. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance for single services and 72 hours for appointments lasting over two hours. All services re-scheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of scheduled treatment. If appointments are missed with no prior notification, 100% of treatment will be charged.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. At the time of booking, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation; payment will not be processed until check out. All prices are subject to change without notice.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we will give you a credit towards one of our services or a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates can be used toward any service, product, or spa package offered in the spa; they are not redeemable for cash. If you have a gift card or gift certificate of any kind you must notify us before your treatment begins. Please note these are not transferable.
FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT
We request that you leave babies and children at home. Turn off cell phones, pagers, blackberries, blueberries, other assorted berries and iPods. This is your time to relax and be in the moment. Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us is a memorable experience.
DISCOUNTS
Series, packages and program series, packages and programs are discounted and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you can give us at The G Spa. For every referral who purchases a treatment, you will receive a 20% discount on the service or product of your choice.
